Anonymous asked: Is there legislation that deals with children in the federal court - and their identities? Can Qld legislation affect a Cth court?
I imagine there would be legislation that deals with children in federal court but I am not familiar with it.
Also, Queensland legislation wouldn’t ordinarily be able to affect a Commonwealth court.
