Anonymous asked: Do you take LEX feedback seriously and to heart?

I take my LEX feedback very seriously and it influences my teaching in future semesters.  I also know that the university takes it very seriously - it is crucial for promotion and the Vice-Chancellor’s Excellence Awards.
