Well, it depends. Would you feel uncomfortable with receiving an organ if you needed it to save your life? No? Then that's definitely selfish. Consider the possibility that you might one day need an organ. If you were to one day need a liver transplant, how do you want other people to behave? Maybe after you consider that, you will have reconsidered how you should behave.
I guess you’re right, one day I might need an organ. I will do some more reading on the issue and reconsider my position.
