nelleirb asked: What do you think it's going to take to see gay marriage legalised? Do you actually think the major parties will risk losing key seats in support of an amendment? I'm all for it, I just can't see the majors placing equality before their own power
Community support for gay marriage is steadily growing and soon support for gay marriage will not be an electoral liability. (To be honest, I’m not even sure that it is an electoral liability now, and if the Government wanted to push it through I am sure they could.)
