Anonymous asked: I have almost finished my law degree (you were one of my favourite lecturers!) and I really don't feel that this is for me. Scouting through job sections of various newspapers, I can't see how my law degree will help me obtain a join outside the legal profession. In your experience have you found this to be the case? Or am I just looking in the wrong spots! I did not do a double degree. Thanks :)
A law degree is also usually a good qualification to gain a policy job in government or in a non-government organisation. There are also some jobs in business that a law degree will have equipped you for. And, of course, there is always academia …
