There is no doubt that Geoffrey Robertson is a brilliant legal mind and his TV Hypotheticals were extraordinary but I do think he has been overreaching in some of his recent advocacy, such as his suggestion that Pope Benedict XVI should be put on trial for protecting pedophiles.
