Anonymous asked: What is the relevant legislation regarding the obligations of a sperm donor toward the mother and child? Does this change if the father is known to the mother? are you interested?
It is my understanding that in Australia sperm donors have no legal or financial obligation to, or legal rights over, children arising from the use of their sperm. But as this is not my area of law, my understanding could well be wrong.
